We have become a national leader for training in psychology, social work, and marriage and family therapy students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CCC provided training to 124 undergraduate and graduate students in 2021, all receiving their training and supervision online. We developed and delivered engaging and informative online onboarding and orientation experiences for new students and staff. Students worked with expert coaches: Dr. Bruce Wampold, focusing on Deliberate Practice Supervision; Dr. Michael Ellis, focusing on Competency Based Supervision; and Dr. Robbie Babins-Wagner (CCC CEO) and Cathy Keough (CCC Director of Counselling Initiatives), focusing on Routine Outcome Monitoring Supervision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We started a new initiative as part of our training program, offering webinars to students and staff, and to external audiences at their request. The two area-specific webinars developed are: Non-Suicidal Self-Injury: Assessment and Risk Management, and Crisis De-Escalation: Guidelines and Strategies.
